Our team have a vast combined experience in managing transformational systems and ERP projects. Together, we have worked on hundreds of projects across multiple industries, trained many Project Managers and even written a book on implementing Microsoft Dynamics.

This means that your project will be controlled and well planned whilst allowing the flexibility needed in order to maintain momentum regardless of unexpected issues. Regular surfacing of the evolving solution to stakeholders helps with early discovery of issues and off-specs and feeds into the change management process by allowing stakeholders to become comfortable with the solution as it comes to life.
Our Tools
We use the best, modern tooling to manage your project including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps and Power BI. Using these tools alongside our process means that we can focus the team on the job at hand whilst maintaining an excellent level of forward planning and scheduling, real time visibility of progress and issues and informative reporting for stakeholders.
