Keith has managed hundreds of ERP projects from Microsoft’s Dynamics software and it’s predecessors since the early 1990s as well as Sage, SAP and Oracle. He is one of the most connected Global Programme Managers in the Microsoft Dynamics scene, and has collaborated with many Microsoft Dynamics partners, both UK based and around the world.
Keith is the Operations Director of Dynamics Pact, an organisation that brings together the heads of many of the worlds best Dynamics partners and is currently also the Managing Director of SIS Global (UK office). SIS Global is a Microsoft‑native transformation partner delivering next‑generation industry platforms across Higher Education, Fleet, Real Estate, Tower, Manufacturing, and Distribution — powered by unified data models and agentic AI.
He is a well known author, trainer and Project Director in the Microsoft Dynamics world.

Clare Morrissey is an experienced project and change manager, with over 15 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations (from AX2009, through to D365 FO).
Currently working on a Global ERP rollout across MENA, CAF, WAF and EAF, and the Americas, strengthening her programme management skills alongside project marketing & communications across cultures, languages, and borders she is also developing the official ERP Advisers Change Management methodology - helping to minimise disruption, helping your people cope with change and to reducing your business' risk during your ERP implementation.
