One of the most enticing parts of a Global ERP implementation / rollout / mobilisation is the opportunity to see new places, meet new people & make connections, and gain even more insights into process improvement, standardisation and continuous improvements.

The more diverse your team, their personalities, cultures and interests the more diverse knowledge banks, stakeholder input and analysis you have access to, which in turn helps to grow your team and create robust and lasting ERP solutions.
Anecdotally speaking, people often appear to fear the change, the global process, the standardisation - but it can be just the framework you need to allow your experts / creators to reflect, and create in a managed way - because we can all produce numbers or spreadsheets, or blog posts these days with the help of AI, but if nobody's managing how the data is structured, organised or maintained who can understand if those numbers are accurate?

Most projects, like businesses, are fundamentally the same - it's the people, the tools, processes and the Real World that bring complexity to the ERP implementations, and having seen what works and what doesn't all around the world, we can help you with your digital transformation.
More Change Management blog posts coming soon // For more information about how we can help your business with their ERP implementation, D365 or otherwise - contact clarem@erpadvisers.co.uk!!!
